Unlike online activations, TotalLink stores may offer exclusive in-store promotions, special rate plans, and seasonal events that are not available online.

By visiting a store, you can also receive personalized consultation and same-day activation support.

Carrier promotions are updated daily, and pricing is based on the current day's availability.
Since end dates are not always announced in advance, we recommend activating on the same day if you find a promotion that meets your needs.

TELUS and Koodo use a feature called Easy Roam, which automatically applies daily roaming charges when you cross the border. Unless your phone is in airplane mode, or your SIM card/eSIM is removed or disabled, roaming will be triggered.

TELUS / Koodo Easy Roam Rates:
$14/day in the U.S.
$16/day in other international destinations
If your plan includes U.S. or Mexico coverage, roaming charges will not apply in those countries.
